What's the best Bitcoin Debit Card (Europe).

Looking for one with no monthly fees, fees for using the card is okay. But monthly fees is an absolute no go as I won't be using it much.

Why countries will not ban crypto?

I’d like to share some thoughts on this one thing people keep saying here and on other crypto forums that I visit.
“What is going to happen if every government will ban crypto?”
First of all it is impossible for every country to ban crypto because already some countries in the world such as Belarus declared that cryptos are legal and they will support them. They even announced that in Belarus, for the next 5 years all crypto transactions will be tax-free ( source: https://www.reuters.com/article/us-belarus-cryptocurrency/belarus-adopts-crypto-currency-law-to-woo-foreign-investors-idUSKBN1EG0XO ) So this part of the question is already invalid and we shouldn’t really worry about that part. Also once other countries realise how much new investors are pouring to Belarus to open their new businesses and start-up most probably more will follow.
I keep repeating this over and over again but looks like the same questions is coming up again and again. So here it is: it is impossible to ban crypto, period. The only way to ban crypto is to literally turn off the entire internet, and we all know that this won’t happen. Even if country X will ban crypto for whatever reason people will always find a way to cash out. Yes it will be harder, yes it will be problematic, but there are companies out there that allow you to transfer your BTC to debit cards, top them up with funds and use for purchases. Oh but you’ll say that Visa stopped supporting those recently, well so what? Another company will take over, for example MasterCard or anyone else interested. BitPay already announced that they are talking with other card providers, you can read about it here: https://www.coindesk.com/visa-cracks-bitcoin-debit-cards-europe-providers-say/
Even big "FUD" countries like China support crypto, yes they did ban ICO's but mainly to protect citizens from investing in dodgy projects and to protect them from losing money, and they banned exchanges because they are very speculative and they don't like that because it's similar to gambling but all in all cryptos are still legal in China. Please refer to this speech of NEO CEO Da HongFei, you can watch it here: https://youtu.be/lsM9-ATySfI?t=3774
If certain country decides to ban crypto, people will simply move into the “grey area” they will trade crypto for cash, gold or other assets, the only harm the government would do is to harm themselves because they won’t see any tax from trading crypto. It is in every country’s interest to actually support and legalise crypto to make sure they can benefit from taxes being paid.
Look what happened with alcohol in some counties where it used to be prohibited. Alcohol was banned in United States for a long time yet you were able to buy bootlegged alcohol usually smuggled from Ireland almost everywhere in USA and gangsters were profiting from it and not paying any taxes. Do you know that Al Capone went to prison not for selling illegal alcohol? He went to prison for not paying taxes…yes that's right. Why do you think more and more countries are legalising marijuana nowadays? Not because they want to help people by allowing pharmaceutical companies to develop new drugs to help cure diseases. They do it because they want to collect taxes! You can't win with drugs? Well legalise them!
That’s my take on “What is going to happen if every government will ban crypto?”. It’s pretty much impossible.
Please forgive me any grammar or style mistakes, English is not my first language. Please feel free to discuss!
Thanks!
